Who we are

Kelxar is led by a senior technologist and business leader with over twenty years of experience spanning electronics, networking, infrastructure, software engineering, and modern AI systems.

That deep technical foundation is combined with extensive commercial experience across sales, marketing, and operations, including senior leadership roles reporting to executive and board level. This means we understand both the technical possibilities and the business realities.

We are comfortable working with executives who need strategic clarity, technical teams who need concrete direction, and non-technical stakeholders who need complex concepts explained clearly.

How we work

Too much consulting stays at slide-deck level. We take ideas through to real, working systems. Our engagements are senior-led and hands-on, combining strategic thinking with practical delivery.

When a project needs to scale, we bring in trusted specialists from our network. But you always work directly with senior people who understand both the business context and the technical detail.

Technical Foundation

Python, PHP, TypeScript, Swift. React, Node.js, Laravel. PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis. Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). API design and integration. Networking and infrastructure. CI/CD and DevOps.

AI & LLM Expertise

Production experience with Anthropic Claude (Opus, Sonnet, Haiku), including Batch API, Files API, and multi-model orchestration. We build systems that work reliably in production with appropriate cost controls, not demos that never ship.

Multi-model routing, streaming responses, context management, prompt engineering, RAG implementations, cost optimisation.
